Hello gorgeous people! Got questions? We’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know before attending our events: 

  

1. Tickets 

  • Tickets can only be purchased through our official site or authorized partners. 

  • All sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

  • By purchasing, you agree to our terms and conditions—standard stuff, nothing sneaky. 

 

2. Who Can Attend? 

  • 21+ only. Bring valid ID. No exceptions. 

  • We’re curating a night for the grown, the proud, and our allies. 

 

3. Entry & Security 

  • Expect a standard security check at the door. 

  • Pack light and be kind to the crew—good vibes start with you. 

 

4.️ Rain or Shine 

  • The party goes on, come rain or moonlight. 

  • Dress accordingly—we recommend fashion-forward and weather-ready. 

 

5. Dance at Your Own Risk 

  • We’ve got the music, the lights, the energy—you bring the good sense. 

  • By attending, you agree that you're responsible for your own health, safety, and dance moves. 

  • Envoy Productions LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages. 

 

6. What Not to Bring 

  • No outside food, illegal substances, weapons, or bad energy. 

  • Oversized backpacks (over 18x13x7 inches) won’t be allowed inside. 

  • All bags will be checked, so plan accordingly for a smooth entry. 

 

7. Safe Spaces 

  • Respect the space, the staff, and your fellow dancers. 

  • We do not tolerate violence, harassment, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or bigotry of any kind. 

  • Oh, and let’s be clear: unwanted contact is never okay. 

  • Unsafe or disruptive behavior = not welcome, and you may be asked to leave. 

 

8. Changes & Cancellations 

  • If the event is postponed or canceled (rare, but hey, life happens), we’ll contact you ASAP using the info from your ticket purchase. 

  • Refunds will follow our official policy. 

 

9. Photos & Videos 

  • Snap, post, and tag @envoyusa—personal photos are totally fine. 

  • No professional equipment unless you’re approved press. 

  • By attending, you’re cool with possibly appearing in our event photos or videos. Werk it! 

 

10. Dress Code 

  • No dress code. Come as you are—or as your most fabulous self. 

  • Just don’t bring hate: racist, homophobic, or discriminatory attire won’t fly. 

  • Express yourself and help us keep the space inclusive and celebratory. 

 

11. Policy Updates 

  • If anything changes, we’ll post it on our website. Always good to check before the big night.

We know privacy policies usually put people to sleep—but stick with us. We’ll keep it short and clear. 

 

When you interact with Envoy Productions LLC (“Envoy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)—whether you're browsing our website, grabbing tickets, or vibing at one of our events—we may collect a bit of info about you. Here’s what we do with it, and how you stay in control. 

 

1. What We Collect 

a. Personal Info 

When you buy tickets or create an account, we may ask for your name, email, phone number, payment details, and maybe your postal address (no spam, promise). 

b. Usage Info 

We track how you interact with our website—like the pages you check out or buttons you click—so we can make things smoother next time. 

c. Device Info 

We also get a peek at your device type, operating system, and browser. Think of it as tech housekeeping. 

 

2. How We Use It 

We use your info to: 

  • Get your tickets to you and keep you updated about events. 

  • Send you reminders, updates, and support when needed. 

  • Learn what you love (and what you ignore), so we can make your experience better. 

  • Occasionally, hit your inbox with updates, invites, or exclusive offers. Don’t want them? No problem—just unsubscribe. 

 

3. Who We Share It With 

We don’t sell your info. Ever. 
We only share it with trusted partners who help us run this show—like payment processors and ticketing services. That’s it. 

 

4. Security Stuff 

We do our best to keep your data safe with reasonable technical and organizational measures. That said, no digital system is 100% foolproof (even ours), so we can’t promise the impossible. But we care, and we’re doing the work.

5. Your Choices 

You're in control. At any time, you can: 

  • Access, update, or delete your info. 

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails (look for that tiny link at the bottom). 

  • Turn off cookies in your browser if you’re feeling extra private.

HERITAGE PRIDE WEEKEND GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

 

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of HERITAGE, EnvoyUSA (Envoy Productions LLC), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Sponsor:

The giveaway is sponsored by HERITAGE and EnvoyUSA ("Sponsors").

 

3. Agreement to Rules:

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsors as final and binding.

 

4. Giveaway Period:

Entries will be accepted via Instagram starting on the date of the giveaway post and ending Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received by this deadline.

5. How to Enter:

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow @Heritage.party and "like" the pinned post 

  • Tag at least one friend in the comments (each unique comment with a tag counts as a separate entry)

Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

6. Prize Details:

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A 2-night hotel stay for two people in New York City on June 27 & 28, 2025. Hotel selection is at the sole discretion of the Sponsors and cannot be changed by the winner.

  • Two (2) VIP Backstage tickets to HERITAGE, the official NYC Pride event
    Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $700 USD

  • $300 airfare credit

Meals, incidentals, and any other expenses not explicitly stated above are NOT included. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted except at Sponsors’ discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected at random under the supervision of the Sponsors. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram on Monday, May 26, 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

The Sponsors shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.

8. Rights Granted by You:

By entering this giveaway, you understand and agree that Sponsors may use your entry, name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms & Conditions:

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless HERITAGE, EnvoyUSA, Instagram, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and representatives from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from:
(i) participation in the giveaway;
(ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;
(iii) technical failures of any kind;
(iv) unauthorized human intervention;
(v) electronic or human error.

11. Disputes:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a court located in New York, NY.

12. Privacy Policy:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsors.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
